We’re a husband-and-wife team with a soft spot for whiskers. We personally manage MIAOW and live right above the hotel, so caring for cats is part of our everyday life.
We believe the best stays start with getting to know your little one. The shy ones. The cheeky ones. The ones who think they own the place. Especially those.
A little love goes a long way. We also care for cats beyond our doors through rescue, fostering, and rehoming. Ask us about adoption or getting involved.

Meals and personalised playtime are included. We provide three sachets a day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus dry food for snacks. Playtime is guided by your cat’s mood, with no extra charge.
What if my cat has dietary needs?
Please tell us about any specific dietary needs before booking so we can discuss what your cat needs. Call 0426 835 197 or email miaowhelpdesk@gmail.com.
When can I drop off and pick up?
Drop-off and pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturday, 10am–1pm. After-hours arrangements are available on request. Checkout is at 10am; a late-checkout day charge applies after 10am.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Bookings are non-refundable, with store credit offered for future use. Review the booking details in the portal, or contact us if your plans change.
Can you help with transport?
Yes! Our cat taxi can help with pickup and drop-off. Each trip is quoted individually based on location, travel time, and tolls. Give us a call to discuss your trip.
How do I check prices and availability?
